RMA’s experienced RN’s and medical assistants will be a vital part of your journey with us. Our nurses will be your main contact throughout treatment and will be able to assist you with all of your questions. Our medical assistants will be your aid during appointments and ensure you are comfortable and that your visits are smooth. Our Recovery Room RN’s provide bedside care when patients undergo special procedures such as oocyte retrievals and transfers.
Nicole has been a nurse since 2008. She was a patient at RMA of Michigan prior to joining RMA in 2013. She has three children as a result of IVF. Nicole loves being able to help patients since she has been in their position before and understands how difficult the infertility journey can be.
After graduating from University of Michigan in 2010 with a passion for women’s health, Jaclyn started in an Adult ICU before transferring to Labor and Delivery. Once there, she quickly realized that knowing someone for a 12 hour shift was not quite long enough and wanted to transition to an office setting where she could establish a longer-lasting relationship with patients. Jaclyn then accepted a job at an office that did both OBGYN and REI, where she found REI to be her true calling. Wanting to focus solely on REI, she accepted a position at RMA of MI in June 2016 and is so happy with the patient relationships she has been able to form since joining our team here!
Lauren graduated from Oakland University’s Nursing school in 2014. She pursued her dream as a labor and delivery nurse for the first three years of her nursing career. From there she wanted to broaden her knowledge in women’s health care and accepted a job at RMA of Michigan in 2017. Here she has found her true passion in nursing and enjoys taking care of a variety of patients who she cherishes building such strong relationships with.
In 2015 Courtney graduated from Mercy College of Ohio with high honors. She started her career as a Labor & Delivery nurse for three years at Beaumont Royal Oak and St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Courtney came to RMA to expand her knowledge in women’s health and specialize in reproductive endocrinology. The best part of her job is bonding with her patients and helping them grow their families
Kelley went to Nursing School at Davenport University. She started off in the NICU working with families in a time period of their lives that were filled with moments of love, excitement and worry. She loves working at RMA because she’s helping men and women transition to the most important titles of their lives: MOM & DAD!
Kayla graduated from Madonna University’s Nursing program in 2017. Prior to becoming a nurse, Kayla was a Medical Assistant in labor and delivery at U of M for six years. The first year of her nursing career she worked on a medical/surgical unit. With a passion for women’s health, Kayla is excited to be back in this field as a fertility nurse at RMA of MI. Kayla’s favorite thing about working at RMA is the relationships that are formed with her patients while caring for them throughout their fertility journey.
Jessica graduated from the University of Michigan School of Nursing in 2010 and continued on to pursue a Master’s degree. Upon graduating, she moved to Chicago to start her career in nursing. After several years she moved back home to Michigan and accepted a position at RMA. She loves being a nurse, working with the great team at RMA, and helping patients along their journey to parenthood.
Carolyn joined RMA of Michigan in 2018 as a recovery room nurse, providing pre and post op care for patients. Prior to joining RMA she worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse for 17 years at St. John Hospital. Carolyn loves being able to comfort patients and their families in their time of need. She is proud to be a member of the RMA team with such hardworking co-workers.
Angela is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who specializes in women’s health. She started her career in high risk obstetrics and expanded to fetal echocardiography and infertility. Angela is always excited to utilize her expertise and finds the field of infertility extremely rewarding.
Kayla joined RMA of Michigan in 2014 and has loved learning about the field of infertility. The best part of her job is helping families grow! She is currently in nursing school for her BSN, RN.
Tanya has been a medical assistant for 25 years working in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Vascular Surgeons and now Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She has had the pleasure of being a part of the RMA team since it opened in 2006. She enjoys being a part of a team that makes couples dreams come true and seeing them become parents, which is an amazing experience!!!
Antonia graduated from Carnegie Institute as a medical assistant in 2011. She went into the medical field because she loves helping and caring for others. She worked in family medicine for three years before she unexpectedly found RMA of Michigan and was determined to be one of their employees. Antonia loves children and used to be a nanny; one of the main reasons she loves working at RMA is that she gets to be a part of helping couples have their miracle baby. Every baby in her eyes is a miracle and she is grateful and proud to be a part of such an amazing company.
Patricia has been a medical assistant for 12 years. She received her diploma in Medical Assisting from Everest Institute located in Southfield, MI in 2007. Prior to joining the wonderful team at RMA of Michigan she worked in urology for over 11 years. Patricia is also working on her BA in Science and Psychology and is happy to now be a part of an amazing team here at RMA of MI.
