Dana is honored to be a part of the RMA of Michigan team. She has worked at RMA since 2011 and had a variety of roles, allowing her to learn both clinical and administrative sides of the practice. She feels blessed to work with such a caring team and there are not enough praises for the dedication and loyalty they walk into work with each and every day. She feels privileged to be a part of watching dreams come true and parenthood begin.

Sarah has been with RMA of Michigan basically since it opened its doors in 2006. She has had a variety of roles at RMA including patient services staff, medical assistant and financial counselor and is always willing to jump in and fill in wherever she is needed. She enjoys being able to assist patients with the financial aspect of treatment because it can be very overwhelming for patients.

Teresa joined our team as a Medical Billing & Patient Account Specialist in 2011 and has over 15 years of experience in the health care field. She keeps current on the ever changing world of medical billing and enjoys the vast variety of situations; whether it is with patients, insurance companies, or just helping co-workers. Teresa is truly grateful to work with a dedicated and hard working group of professionals.

Renee has been working in the field of Reproductive Medicine for over 16 years. She joined RMA of Michigan in July 2018. Working in patient services, she is highly proficient in the daily operations and thrives on building strong positive patient relations on a daily basis. As a financial counselor, she also guides patients on their out of pocket costs, insurance coverage and loan options. Renee is also fluent in Polish and able to assist patients speaking the language if necessary.

Melissa has been in the medical field since 2017 in roles like case management, medical scheduling, and administration. She transitioned into the financial field because she knows how stressful and overwhelming this aspect of medical care can be. In her position at RMA, she wants to be able to give support and help make this process as seamless as possible for patients. Melissa enjoys seeing the excitement of patients’ dreams of building a family come true.

Jessica has been in billing and coding for over 10 years. She is certified in medical billing, as well as physician and outpatient coding. Jessica missed being able to work directly with physicians and patients at her previous job, which brought her to RMA of Michigan. Her goal is to make the financial aspect less stressful so that patients and doctors can focus on their goals.

May is a certified medical assistant, medical receptionist, and medical biller. She has 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, working with multiple specialties. She enjoys medical billing because she is always learning something new and likes working with a team to improve work for the facility. May is truly grateful to work with a dedicated and hard-working group of professionals.

Nicole has 25 years of customer service, finance and administrative experience, with 5 years focused in healthcare. She uses her wealth of knowledge and understanding of insurance processes to help patients, each day. Nicole is extremely honored to work with such a friendly, supportive and knowledgeable team of doctors and staff.

Krystal feels extremely honored to be a part of such a knowledgeable and dedicated team of doctors and staff members. As a mother herself, she finds so much joy in being a part of a team that works so hard to make families dreams come true & blessing them with a child of their own.
